Calculated by a typical product range for St3 steel (density 7.85 t/m³). The actual weight may vary by 1–3% depending on rolling tolerances and the steel grade. A manager will clarify the stock balance and propose the nearest bars for the batch.

How is it calculated?

Linear profiles: mass = mass per linear metre × length × quantity. The values in kilograms per metre are taken from the standard product range.

Sheet: mass = area × mass per square metre. The specific mass by thickness is derived from the steel density of 7.85 t/m³.

Product range in the calculator covers the most common items. If a rare grade or non-standard size is needed — a manager will select one to suit the task.

Standard lengths angle, channel, I-beam, round pipe — usually 6, 9, 11.7 m. Profile pipe — 6 m. Rebar — 11.7 m (or cut to length on request).
