Claims
If a parameter is out of tolerance
Contact your manager — we investigate individually. Replacement logistics is on us.
Report the deviation
Describe the situation and attach measurements or photos. The claim is registered the same day.
Investigation and expertise
We check the batch against production records; if needed — independent expertise.
Replacement at our cost
A non-conforming batch is replaced; FLOK organizes and pays the replacement logistics.

Testing to customer requirements
For products with elevated requirements we organize extended testing at independent laboratories.
