01 Orders and quotes
How fast do you quote?
Stocked items — within one working day. Production tasks — after a technical study, usually 2–5 working days depending on product complexity.
Can I order a product without a drawing?
Yes. Send a sample or even a photo with dimensions — engineers restore the geometry, develop the documentation and approve it with you before production.
What is the minimum batch?
No limits for stocked items. For production the minimum depends on the technology; cold heading pays off from several thousand pieces, machining — from single parts.
Do you still supply construction materials?
Yes — within complex supply. FLOK's profile is fasteners and industrial products, but we close a project specification entirely, including construction and related items — brick, mixes, insulation, sheet materials.
Do you work with legal entities?
Yes, with legal entities and sole proprietors by bank transfer. Post-payment on an agreed schedule is possible for regular contracts.
02 Production and lead times
Where are the products made?
At the sites of the FLOK distributed production network across Russian regions and, for large series, via the China production channel. The technology headquarters matches the site to each task.
What are the lead times for drawings?
Single parts and small batches — from 5 working days. Serial orders — to an agreed schedule; a typical series launch with tooling takes 3–6 weeks.
Do you apply coatings?
Yes — the full spectrum: zinc, zinc flake, thermodiffusion, hot-dip, nickel, anodizing and more, applied at the specialized plants of the technology network.
How is quality controlled?
Incoming material control, in-process control and finished-batch inspection. Independent accredited laboratory testing with reports on request.
03 Standards and materials
Which standards do you supply to?
GOST, GOST R, OST, DIN, ISO, ANSI, ASME, JIS, EN, NFE, UNI — plus customer drawings, samples and specifications.
What is the size range?
Standard fasteners — approximately M1 to M72, special products on individual projects — up to M160, lengths up to 3,000 mm. The range depends on the standard, material, technology and batch volume.
Which materials do you work with?
Carbon, alloy, stainless and heat-resistant steels, cast iron, bronze, brass, aluminium and titanium alloys, polyamide, textolite, composites — selected for the operating conditions.
04 Delivery and documents
Where do you deliver?
Across Russia — from the Moscow-region warehouse or the network site nearest you. Stocked items ship across Moscow and the region same-day.
Which documents come with a batch?
Transfer documents, invoice, quality passport, material certificates; test reports and declarations of conformity on request. Document flow via EDI.
Do you work with state procurement?
Yes — under 44-FZ, 223-FZ, 275-FZ and Decree 615, present on the main electronic platforms. The company profile is sent on request.
