Send a drawing, 3D model or physical sample. The technology headquarters selects material, technology and a production site within the network, then quotes cost and lead time. No drawing? We restore the geometry from a sample and develop the design documentation.
Materials
Carbon, alloy, corrosion-resistant and stainless steels, cast iron, bronze, brass, aluminium and special alloys, polyamide, textolite. Material selection for the operating conditions is part of our engineering work — not the customer’s problem.
Quality control
Geometry and material control at production stages, a quality passport and measurement reports per batch. Independent laboratory testing on request.
