Casting with machining
A casting is rarely the end goal — the customer needs a finished part. FLOK joins the foundry and the machine shop into one production chain: pattern tooling, casting, heat treatment, machining, inspection — one contract and one point of responsibility.
Material control
Melt chemistry analysis, mechanical properties of specimens, and where required — non-destructive testing of castings and independent laboratory trials. Reports and passports accompany every batch.
