Calculation of fasteners
Choose the fastener type and specify the structure area — we will calculate the quantity with an allowance and suggest a size. The completed calculation can be sent to a manager in one click.
- Quantity
- 88 pcs
- Consumption
- 4 pcs/m²
- Size recommendation
- Wedge anchor M10×80 or a chemical anchor for a hollow substrate
The calculation is an estimate. The exact fastener size is selected accounting for the load-bearing load, the substrate material and operating conditions. A manager will clarify the details when preparing the quote.
How is it calculated?
Quantity: area × consumption × allowance factor.
Consumption — the typical density of fastening points in pcs/m². It depends on the type and structure — from 4 pcs/m² for anchors on a frame to 30 pcs/m² for drywall screws.
10% allowance covers defects, mis-driven fasteners and losses during work on site.
Fastener size is determined by the thickness of the layer being fixed + the minimum anchoring depth into the substrate (typically 30–60 mm for concrete).
