Calculation of concrete and mixes
Choose the structure shape and concrete grade — we will calculate the volume and consumption of cement, sand, gravel and water. The completed calculation can be sent to a manager in one click.
- Concrete volume
- 3.30 m³
- Cement
- 1056 kg
- Sand
- 2442 kg
- Gravel
- 4224 kg
- Water
- 578 L
The calculation is approximate. Actual component consumption depends on the cement class, aggregate coarseness, the target workability of the mix and curing conditions. A manager will clarify the formulation and propose ready-mix concrete or a dry mix to suit the task.
How is it calculated?
Volume: by the geometry of the shape — area × thickness for a slab, length × width × height for rectangular structures, π × radius² × height for round columns.
Component consumption: by a typical formulation for the chosen grade. M400 cement (class CEM I 32.5 / CEM II 32.5) is the standard for M150–M300 concrete. M400 requires CEM I 42.5 or 52.5.
10% allowance covers losses during pouring, splashing and adjustment to the actual formwork.
Bags of cement — standard pack size 50 kg.
