The China production channel is not “buying cheap on a marketplace”. It is full contract production with execution control, where large-series economics meets predictable quality. The difference between the two scenarios is who controls the process and how.
Where the China channel really wins
Large series of standard fasteners, international standards (DIN, ISO, ANSI, JIS), non-standard sizes outside Russian stock programmes, specific materials and coatings. On such tasks savings reach 20–30% versus the Russian price — provided the batch is large enough to pay for the logistics.
Ten controlled stages
FLOK runs the order through ten control points: placement at a verified site, direct negotiations with the manufacturer, technical agreement of drawings and tolerances, pre-series sample control, production supervision, pre-shipment batch inspection, consolidation, international logistics, customs clearance and delivery.
What exactly is checked
Before launch — samples: geometry, thread gauges, hardness, coating thickness. During production — process compliance and interim batch control. Before shipment — sampling inspection to an agreed control plan: dimensions, mechanics, coating, marking, packaging. A non-conforming batch does not ship — rework happens at the producer’s site, not at the customer’s warehouse.
Documents and traceability
Every batch ships with material certificates, test reports and declarations of conformity. Import is fully documented — the customer receives a clean delivery with VAT and traceability to the melt.
When the channel does not fit
Small batches, tight deadlines, items with mandatory Russian industry certification — those are covered by the Russian network sites. The right answer is often hybrid: the serial base via China, urgent and special items in Russia.
